EXPRESS PRINT SOUTH AFRICA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General By placing an order with Express Print South Africa, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions between the company and the customer.

2. No Refund Policy All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to review orders carefully before confirming.

3. Order Processing Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Pricing All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes are valid for a limited period as specified in the quotation.

5. Payment Terms Full payment is required before any printing begins. Accepted payment methods include EFT, bank deposit, and other approved methods.

6. Turnaround Time Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by suppliers, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances do not constitute grounds for cancellation.

7. Artwork and Design Customers must provide print-ready artwork in the required format. Any design modifications requested will incur additional costs.

8. Proofs and Approval It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all proofs before printing. Express Print South Africa is not liable for errors once approval has been given.

9. Print Variations Minor variations in color and material may occur due to differences in printing processes and stock availability.

10. Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once production has commenced. Deposits paid are non-refundable.

11. Reprints and Defective Products Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Express Print South Africa will assess claims and may offer a reprint if the defect is due to printing errors.

12. Delivery and Collection Customers are responsible for collecting orders unless delivery has been arranged. Express Print South Africa is not liable for damages during transit.

13. Storage of Goods Orders not collected within 7 days may incur storage fees. After 30 days, unclaimed orders may be discarded.

14. Intellectual Property Customers must have legal rights to any images, logos, or content provided for printing. Express Print South Africa is not responsible for copyright infringements.

15. Liability Limitation Express Print South Africa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from printing errors, delays, or loss of business.

16. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

17. Confidentiality Customer information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

18. Indemnification The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Express Print South Africa harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of printed materials.

19. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in a South African court of law.

20. Amendments Express Print South Africa reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
