At Express Print South Africa, we understand the urgency of your printing needs. That’s why we specialize in delivering high-quality printing solutions with a quick turnaround—any time, day or night. Whether you need business cards, flyers, posters, banners, or custom designs, our expert team is committed to meeting your deadlines without compromising on quality.
1. No Refund Policy
All orders placed with Express Print South Africa are final. Due to the customised nature of printing and branding, no refunds will be issued once payment has been made or production has commenced.
2. Quotation Accuracy – Client Responsibility
Clients must carefully check their quotation to ensure that all items, quantities, sizes, finishes, and specifications match exactly what was requested. Acceptance of a quotation confirms that the client agrees that all details are correct.
3. Proof Approval
Clients are fully responsible for checking and approving artwork proofs before printing. Approval confirms that spelling, layout, colours, and sizing are correct.
4. Artwork Errors
Express Print South Africa will not be responsible for any mistakes, spelling errors, or layout issues that were approved by the client.
5. Colour Variations
Colours may vary slightly between screens, materials, and print runs. Exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed due to different substrates and production methods.
6. Payment Terms
Full payment or agreed deposit must be received before production begins unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
7. Turnaround Times
All production times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Plan Ahead – Production Scheduling
Clients are encouraged to plan ahead. Express Print South Africa is not a solution for poor planning, missed deadlines, or last-minute requests. Urgent jobs may attract rush fees and are subject to availability.
9. No Liability For Delays
We are not liable for losses, missed events, or penalties caused by delays beyond our control.
10. Collection Responsibility
Clients must inspect goods upon collection or delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
11. Design Ownership
All design work remains the property of Express Print South Africa until full payment has been received.
12. File Quality Responsibility
Clients must supply print-ready artwork in the correct format. Additional design work or corrections may incur extra charges.
13. Print Tolerances
Minor cutting shifts, alignment differences, or size tolerances may occur during production and are considered acceptable.
14. Material Availability
We reserve the right to substitute materials with similar quality if original stock becomes unavailable.
15. Order Changes
Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
16. Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled after production has started will be charged for work completed and materials used.
17. Storage Of Completed Jobs
Orders not collected within 14 days may be subject to storage fees or disposal without notice.
18. Delivery Risks
Once goods leave our premises, we are not responsible for courier delays, damages, or losses.
19. Client Supplied Garments Or Materials
We are not liable for damage to client-supplied items during printing due to defects or heat application processes.
20. Intellectual Property
Clients confirm that they have permission to use all logos, images, and artwork supplied for printing.
21. Quantity Variations
A small overrun or underrun may occur due to production processes and will be considered acceptable.
22. Pricing Changes
Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change due to material costs or market conditions.
23. Installation Services
Where installation is required, site access and permissions must be arranged by the client.
24. Exhibition Deadlines
Clients must allow sufficient production time before exhibitions or events. We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by late approvals.
25. Quality Expectations
Print results may vary depending on artwork resolution, garment type, or material surface.
26. Returns Policy
Returns are only considered for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours. Approved artwork errors are not eligible for returns.
27. Digital Proof Limitations
Digital proofs are a visual guide only and may not reflect exact colour, texture, or finishing.
28. Branding Placement
Logo placement and sizing are based on artwork provided unless specific written instructions are supplied.
29. Rush Orders
Express or same-day services are subject to availability and may carry additional costs.
30. Communication Responsibility
Clients must ensure that all contact details are correct for order updates and approvals.
31. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control including power outages, strikes, or natural disruptions.
32. Confidentiality
All client information and artwork will be handled professionally and treated as confidential.
33. Warranty Limitations
Printed products are supplied without extended warranties unless agreed in writing.
34. Acceptance Of Goods
Acceptance of completed work confirms satisfaction with quality and completion of the order.
35. Governing Law & Agreement To Terms
All transactions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Placing an order with Express Print South Africa confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
