Branding guide
Which branding method suits your product best?
A straightforward guide to the branding methods we run in-house, what each one works best for, and which products they suit. Unsure? Send us your logo and product and we’ll suggest the best option.
Our branding methods at a glance
Each method has its own strengths. The best fit depends on your material, how many colours your logo uses, the quantity you need and the finish you’re after.
Screen printing
Ink is forced through a mesh stencil, with a separate screen for each colour. Bold, hard-wearing colour at a competitive price per unit on larger orders.
Find out about screen printing →DTF transfers
Your full-colour design is printed onto film and heat-pressed onto the garment. Crisp detail with no limit on colours.
Explore DTF prints →Direct to garment (DTG)
Printed directly onto cotton garments, much like an inkjet printer does on paper. Soft to the touch with photo-quality detail.
Explore DTG printing →Sublimation
Dye is heat-transferred into polyester, so the print becomes part of the fabric and won’t crack or peel.
Explore sublimation →Heat press vinyl
Cut vinyl is pressed onto fabric, giving clean, sharp names and numbers.
Explore T-shirt printing →UV printing (direct to product)
Full-colour ink that is cured with UV light and printed straight onto the product surface.
Explore UV printing →Laser engraving
A laser burns your logo permanently into the material. Refined, and it never wears off.
Explore laser engraving →Debossing
Your logo is pressed into the material for a subtle, stylish impression.
Embossing & debossing →Embossing
Your logo is pressed from behind to create a raised version, giving a tactile finish.
Embossing & debossing →Hot foil stamping
Metallic foil, in gold, silver and more, is pressed onto the surface using heat.
Explore foil printing →Domed stickers
Full-colour stickers finished with a clear resin dome for a durable, three-dimensional look.
Explore domed labels →Vinyl stickers and decals
Printed or cut vinyl for walls, windows, vehicles and products.
Explore vehicle decals →Digital printing
High-quality digital printing on paper, board and large-format materials.
