Good to know
Before you order.
Heavier isn’t always better
Thick card feels premium, but it can’t be folded neatly without scoring. Ask us which weight works best for folded jobs.
Coated or uncoated?
Coated paper (gloss or silk) makes colours look brighter, while uncoated paper is easier to write on.
Frequently asked questions
What does gsm mean?
Grams per square metre. The higher the number, the thicker and heavier the paper.
What size is a business card in South Africa?
The usual size is 90 x 50 mm.
What is bleed?
Extra artwork that runs past the edge of the page, usually 3 mm, so there are no white edges after trimming.
