Ordering from Express Print
Placing an order with Express Print is straightforward and stress-free. Just follow these simple steps to get going:
Send a Detailed Quote Request: Email us your contact details along with the full particulars of what you need. Please include specifics such as sizes, quantities, finishing options, colour preferences, and any other relevant details.
Receive Your Quote: Once we have your quote request, our team will swiftly prepare a tailored quote to suit your exact requirements. We’ll email it to you for review.
Accept Your Quote: If the quote meets your needs, just accept it by replying to the email. Your reply confirms your order.
Receive Your Invoice: Once you accept the quote, an invoice showing the total amount due for your order will be sent to you automatically. The invoice will include payment instructions.
Submit Payment and Artwork: Pay for your order using the instructions provided. Then send us the artwork files for your project, following our artwork guidelines for the best results.
Artwork and Payment Confirmation: When we have received both your artwork files and payment, we’ll confirm receipt by email. Our team will then check the artwork to make sure it meets printing requirements.
Final Mock-ups: Before printing begins, we’ll send you final mock-ups of your project for approval. This lets you see the finished product and request any changes you need.
Printing and Production: Once you approve the final mock-ups, we’ll get started on printing and production. Depending on how complex your order is, printing may take 12 hours for urgent orders or up to 21 days for larger or custom projects.
Delivery or Pickup: When your order is ready, we’ll arrange delivery to your chosen address, or you can collect it from our premises.
Plan Ahead: We encourage all our customers to plan their printing projects well in advance to avoid delays. We work hard to meet tight deadlines, but poor planning may affect the turnaround time of your order.
