Working with a template Download or request Grab a display template from above, or ask us for a print template.
Create your design on the template Open the file in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign or Photoshop. Put your artwork on the template layer and keep all text within the safe area.
Hide the guides Before exporting, remove or hide the template guide layer so the guides don’t end up in print.
Save a print-ready PDF Keep it at full size, in CMYK, with images at 300 DPI and fonts converted to outlines. Check our artwork guidelines .
Approve your proof We’ll check your file and send you a proof by email. Printing only starts once you’ve approved it.
Template tips Do Run backgrounds out into the bleed area Keep logos and text within the safe area Use vector logos, or images at 300 DPI and full size Provide colours in CMYK, and include Pantone references where colour matters most Avoid Text placed close to trims, hems, folds or poles Leaving the template guide lines showing Resizing the template or altering its proportions Low-resolution images taken from websites or social media Tickets and vouchers with perforations: let us know which edge needs perforating, and keep your artwork 20 mm in from that edge.
