Frequently asked questions
Can I put my own photo on a mug?
Yes. Send us the photo and any text, and we will lay it out and show you a proof before printing.
Can you do mugs for the whole office on the same day?
Small and medium quantities can usually be done on the same day. Send us the quantity before 09:00 so we can confirm.
Does the print come off in the wash?
No. The ink is sublimated into the mug coating, so it will not peel. Hand washing keeps it brightest.
