Approving Your Proof
Before we print, we send you a proof by email. Here’s how to check it and approve it online in less than a minute.
Approving online
It all happens from the email we send you.
Open the proof email
You’ll get an email with the subject “Please approve your artwork proof”, with your proof files attached.
Check the proof carefully
Look over the spelling, phone numbers, colours, sizes and layout. We print exactly what you approve.
Click “Approve or request changes”
That button takes you to your private approval page, where you can look at the proof files again.
Approve
Type your name, tick the box to confirm you’ve checked the proof, then click Approve proof. Your order moves to “Proof approved” and joins the production queue.
Or request changes
Tell us what needs changing and upload new files if necessary, then click Send changes. Alternatively, just reply to the email with your changes and attachments, and we’ll send you an updated proof.
Same-day orders
Time matters.
- Please approve your proof within 1 hour of receiving it to hold your same-day slot.
- Once you’ve approved, you’re responsible for any errors in the proof.
- Changes made after approval may cost you the same-day slot and add costs.
