Same-Day Printing Terms
Our same-day service is a priority production option for urgent jobs. The terms on this page cover every same-day order and sum up the same-day rules in our full Terms & Conditions, which apply to all orders. Should anything conflict, the full Terms & Conditions take precedence.
⚡ Order and pay by 09:00 for same-day collection
1. Cut-off time: 09:00
To collect on the same day, we need all of the following by 09:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday):
- Complete order details: product, size, quantity, material and finishing.
- Print-ready artwork (PDF, correct size, CMYK, 3 mm bleed, fonts outlined).
- Payment cleared. A proof of payment on its own is not cleared funds, so we may wait for the payment to reflect before we start.
Once we send your proof, you need to approve it within 1 hour. Orders that miss the cut-off or the approval window, or that arrive on a weekend or public holiday, move to the next business day.
2. Products that qualify
- Flyers, business cards and posters
- Pull-up banners, X-banners and PVC banners
- T-shirts printed with DTF or vinyl on stock garments
- Booklets, NCR books and stationery
Not every product or quantity qualifies. Bulk runs, special finishes, custom sizes, items we have to order in, installations and design work need longer lead times. Design requests add at least 24 hours. Please confirm on WhatsApp before you pay, and we’ll let you know whether your job can be done the same day. A 40% same-day surcharge applies to all same-day orders. It is shown on your quote before you pay.
3. Same-day is not a guarantee
Same-day service is a priority production attempt rather than an absolute guarantee. We meet our same-day deadlines about 96% of the time. Completion depends on capacity, machines, staff, materials, suppliers and electricity. We are not liable for delays caused by load-shedding, machine breakdowns, stock shortages, supplier delays, late payment or approval, unsuitable artwork, or changes you make after approval. If we can see we won’t make the deadline, we will contact you with a new time or an alternative.
4. Collection only
Same-day orders are for collection only from Rivonia Central, Oriental City, Corner Rivonia Boulevard and 9th Avenue, Rivonia, Sandton, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM). We will let you know when your order is ready. Collection may be refused until payment is complete.
Please check your goods when you collect them and report any visible problem straight away, before the goods are used or handed out. Goods left uncollected for 30 days after we notify you may be treated as abandoned.
5. Check your proof carefully
Same-day jobs go into production straight away, so please check spelling, numbers, contact details, colours and layout before approving. Once you approve a proof, any error in it is your responsibility. Changes after approval may cost you the same-day slot and add costs.

Cut-off & same-day terms
Worth knowing before you place an order.
Cutoff: 09:00
Same-day production needs payment, approved print-ready artwork and available stock before the daily 09:00 cut-off (Monday to Friday). Quantities and finishing requirements may affect turnaround. Same-day orders are for collection from our Rivonia shop.
Surcharge & terms
Same-day orders carry a 40% surcharge, which you’ll see on your quote before you pay. Bulk jobs, special finishes and design work take longer, so WhatsApp us before you pay. Read the same-day terms.
