- Minimum order quantities are listed above (starting at around 50,000 bags).
- Printed plastics usually take about 21 working days once the print proof is approved.
- An over or under run of up to 10% may apply.

How to order your bread bags
Printed bread bags are made to order. Here is how it works, from quote to delivery.
Bread bag orders and consultations are strictly by appointment. Please book your appointment below and we will confirm it by email or WhatsApp.
Book your appointment
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00. Choose your preferred time and our team will confirm.
- 1Ask for a quote
Tell us the bag size, quantity and number of print colours, and send your logo or artwork if you have it. Use the Get a quote button, WhatsApp or email.
- 2Receive your quotation
We send your quote with the price per 1,000 bags, the plates (stereos) cost and the lead time, by email and WhatsApp.
- 3Approve your print proof
We prepare a print proof of your bag. Nothing is printed until you approve it, so check spelling, colours and barcodes carefully.
- 4Pay to confirm your order
Orders of R5,000 and more need a 65% deposit, with the balance paid before collection or delivery, unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- 5Plates are made and your bags are printed
Your printing plates (stereos) are made and the bags are printed and checked. An over or under run of up to 10% may apply.
- 6Collect or receive delivery
We let you know as soon as your bags are ready. Collect from Shop L23, Rivonia Central, or we deliver at the agreed cost.

Artwork checklist
- PDF preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, CDR and high-resolution PNG.
- Up to 4 print colours, with your colour references if you have them.
- Include barcodes, ingredients and any legal text you need on the bag.
- Fonts embedded or converted to curves.
- No artwork yet? Our design team can create it for you (design fees apply).
